Observation

There were a couple of buckets of small toys that posed a chocking hazard for an infant in the downstairs play area. A cord from a speaker hanging next to the crib. Plastic zip lock bags accessible to children in the kitchen. Two large shelves need to be secured in the downstairs area of the home. One outlet in the dining room and one in the TV room were not tamper-resistant.
